The Creed is a square-toe western boot built around comfort you can take out and replace — the orthotic inside it lifts straight out.
The toe is a cowboy square and the heel is a cowboy heel at 1 1/4". The shaft is leather, measuring 12" tall with a 14" circumference, while the lining is textile and the outsole is rubber. The removable orthotic is the part that matters most day to day: it can be lifted out, cleaned, or swapped for something a foot prefers.
A rubber outsole is the practical choice for anyone who walks on hard, wet or unpredictable ground, since it grips where a smoother sole slides. Combined with a shaft on the shorter side of the western range, this is a boot to work in rather than one to save. The square toe reads wide from above, so a slimmer trouser balances it better than a heavy one. Between sizes, change the width before the length.
