1. Who you are dealing with

This site is operated by Zapateria Mexico, 88-07 Roosevelt Ave, Jackson Heights, NY 11372, United States.

2. Orders

An order is an offer to buy, and the contract is formed when we accept it and ship.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a pair is no longer available, if the price or description was shown in error, or if we cannot verify the payment or the delivery address. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in United States dollars and are the prices shown on the product page at the time you order.

Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.

4. Products as described

We describe every boot from the information our suppliers give us and correct anything we find to be wrong.

Leathers and exotic skins vary naturally from hide to hide, and screens vary in how they render colour, so a small difference between the photograph and the boot in your hand is normal and is not a fault. If a product page carries an error that materially misdescribes what you received, that is covered by section 2 of the Refund Policy.

5. Shipping and returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy.

In short: standard shipping is $8, free on orders of $70 or more, express is $15, and you have 30 days from delivery to return unworn boots in the original box. The full terms are on those two pages and they take precedence over this summary.

6. Using this site

Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with it.

The text, photographs and layout on this site belong to us or to our suppliers and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or to scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other customers.

7. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer law that cannot be limited by agreement.

8. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

We may update them by posting a new version on this page; the version in force is the one published when you place your order.
