Fit and sizing questions are the ones we answer fastest, because they are the ones we can actually help with before you buy.

Tell us the size and width you normally wear and which boot you are looking at, and we will tell you what we know about how that pair runs. For returns, write to the same address within 30 days of delivery and we will send the instructions back. For anything about an order already placed — an address that changed, a delivery that has not arrived — phone is quicker than email during store hours.
