How long does shipping take?
Orders ship in 1–3 business days and arrive in 4–8 business days after that. Orders placed before 2PM Eastern are picked the same business day; anything after that goes out the next one. Weekends and public holidays are not business days.
What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $8, and it is free on orders of $70 or more. Express shipping is $15. Both rates are shown at checkout before you pay, and we ship within the United States.
Can I return boots that do not fit?
Yes — you have 30 days from delivery to return them, unworn and in the original box. Write to support@shopzapateriamexico.com and we will send the return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except where the boots arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, in which case we pay it. There is no restocking fee.
How do western boots fit?
Most western boots fit close over the instep and loose at the heel, and a small amount of heel slip in a new pair is normal. That slip disappears as the sole flexes and the boot takes the shape of your foot. If the instep is tight enough to be uncomfortable in the store, the boot is the wrong width rather than the wrong length.
Which width should I order?
We stock B, D and EE: B is narrow, D is the standard men's width, and EE is wide. If you are between two lengths, change the width before you change the size — a square toe in the right width fits better than a longer boot in the wrong one. Where a particular pair runs large or small, the product page says so.
Do you have a store I can visit?

How long does it take you to reply?
We answer email within 3 business days. Phone is faster during store hours. If a question is about an order, include the order number and we can usually settle it in one reply.
